Informational estimates only

Treasure AI uses automated analysis to identify items and estimate possible value. Results are for general informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not appraisals, guarantees, professional advice, authentication opinions, insurance valuations, tax advice, financial advice, or purchase offers. Treasure AI does not physically inspect items, authenticate items, verify provenance, detect all condition issues, determine materials with certainty, or establish fair market value. Actual value can vary based on condition, authenticity, materials, provenance, rarity, local demand, buyer interest, sales channel, fees, and market timing.

Your decisions are your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use information from Treasure AI. You should independently verify important details before buying, selling, pricing, restoring, cleaning, repairing, insuring, donating, discarding, or otherwise acting on an item. We are not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, incorrect prices, damaged items, failed sales, purchases, or other decisions you make based on Treasure AI results.

Do not sell, donate, discard, insure, buy, price, restore, clean, repair, transport, or otherwise act on any potentially valuable item based only on Treasure AI. You are responsible for obtaining any appraisal, authentication, inspection, expert opinion, or other professional review you need before making a decision.

No reliance for important decisions

Do not rely on Treasure AI as the sole or primary basis for any important decision, including whether to buy, sell, list, price, insure, donate, discard, restore, clean, repair, transport, or otherwise act on an item. This is especially important for antiques, collectibles, heirlooms, art, jewelry, watches, coins, books, luxury goods, rare items, or any item that could have significant value.

Before making an important decision, you should consult a qualified appraiser, authenticator, specialist, auction house, dealer, or other appropriate professional. You assume all risk from decisions you make based on Treasure AI results.

No professional relationship

Treasure AI does not create an appraiser-client, adviser-client, fiduciary, broker, dealer, authenticator, agency, or other professional relationship with you. We do not act as your agent or representative and do not owe professional duties regarding any item, transaction, listing, purchase, sale, donation, disposal, insurance decision, or other action.

AI results may be wrong

Treasure AI may misidentify an item, miss important details, provide inaccurate descriptions, or estimate a value that is too high or too low. Photos, lighting, item condition, image quality, and limited context can affect results. You agree not to rely on Treasure AI as the only source of truth for important decisions.

You assume all risk of inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or misleading results, including any loss, missed opportunity, undervaluation, overvaluation, bad sale, bad purchase, or other outcome connected to your use of Treasure AI.

User content

When you submit photos, text, or other content to Treasure AI, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant us permission to process it for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the app. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, private, confidential, or violates another person's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it, scrape it, overload it, bypass limits or security measures, or use it for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Subscriptions and billing

Treasure AI may require paid access for some or all app features. Treasure AI Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple in-app purchase. Prices, subscription periods, trial terms, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests, if available, are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

No warranties

Treasure AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treasure AI and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for any loss related to your use of or reliance on the app, website, estimates, identifications, descriptions, or other results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Treasure AI will not exceed the amount you paid to use Treasure AI in the one month before the claim, or $5 if you paid nothing during that period.

Availability and changes

Treasure AI may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. These terms may also be updated, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
